The Airports in Kathmandu and Pokhara remain open for military and governmental flights with a limited number of commercial flights having arrived.
Our sister organisation, DWW Turkey promptly dispatched a 3 man medical team which arrived within 24hrs. Following an initial assessment an emergency treatment centre was established between Kathmandu and Pokhara. Initial fundraising is being earmarked to provide urgently needed medical supplies.
