Phalebas (Parbat), June 17: Three villages in Parbat district are at high risk of landslide after fissures started developing at surrounding areas of the villages following the devastating quake.
Gauriswara of Bhangara VDC, Okhaldhunga of Bajung and Archale of Thanamaula are at the high risk of landslide. The villages, which are at risk of landslide from earlier, are now at high risk due to fissures following the quake.
A total of 22 households of Okhaldhunga, 21 of Gauriswara and 52 of Archale are at high risk of the landslide, according to the monitoring carried out by the District Soil Conservation Office.
The families should be shifted to safer places soon.
