UNHAS Nepal at a Glance

• With a fleet of four Mi-8 and two AS350 helicopters, UNHAS provides services to more than 100 user organizations comprising NGOs, UN agencies, donors, the diplomatic community and humanitarian implementing partners.

• Air services provided include:

• Passenger Service

• Dedicated Flights for assessments or monitoring and evaluation missions re- quiring time on ground at destination

• Medical Evacuations

• Cargo Service

• Budget requirements: US$ 13.1 million

• Shortfall as of 3 July 2015: US$ 4.3 million
